What is your return policy?
If you didn’t love a MERIT product for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to issue an exchange or refunds for products returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Please see our Terms of Service for additional details about our return policy.
How do I start a return?
Email us at email@example.com, and we’ll do the rest. Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set unless the full set is returned. If you would like to keep the other items, we would be happy to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving the product. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
What's the status of my order?

How do I cancel my order?
Please email us at email@example.com with the word "cancel" in the subject line as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee order cancellation as we ship very quickly - but we’ll do our best. We are unable to edit orders once placed.
How do I get a MERIT bag?
Every first order from meritbeauty.com ships with the MERIT Signature Bag, automatically. Each order thereafter ships in Green Cell Foam, a cornstarch derivative that you can dissolve in water or compost.
Do you offer gift cards?
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal (US only), Apple Pay, AfterPay (US Only), and ShopPay. We are unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the United States, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses and U.S. territories. We cannot accept orders that are billed to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We currently ship with DHL, FedEx 2-Day, and USPS.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all orders $40 USD or more in the United States, or $50 CAD or more in Canada (pre-tax and shipping costs). For orders under $40 USD in the US, flat fee shipping is $8. For orders under $50 CAD in Canada, flat fee shipping is $15.
When will my order arrive?
All MERIT, including expedited orders, are processed within 1-3 business - orders will then be shipped at the speed selected. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery and Expedited shipping requires 1-3 business days for delivery. Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email/phone will be updated and given an estimated arrival date for your package.
What is AfterPay?
AfterPay is a shopping service (and app) that allows you to make a purchase today and pay for it later with four equal installments, every two weeks, interest-free. It's available on all orders $35 and above. It is only available in the United States.
How do I receive a refund if I used AfterPay?
Refunds for returned products will be issued through AfterPay. If you're returning a portion of an order placed with AfterPay and have more questions, check out this article.
How do I make a purchase using AfterPay?
Shop for your favorites on meritbeauty.com and proceed to checkout. At checkout simply choose AfterPay as your payment method. You'll be taken to Afterpay.com to create an account and finalize your purchase. Note: Orders must be between $35 and $1,000 in order to be eligible for AfterPay.
What happens if I miss an AfterPay payment?
If there are insufficient funds in your account and a payment is missed, you may be subject to late fees. You can view the AfterPay payment agreement here.
