EXCLUSIVE REVIEWS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

This program is open to U.S. participants only. By opting in, you confirm that you are a U.S. resident. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Participants outside the U.S. are not eligible and are not covered by these terms.

1. Reviews Must Be Honest. Post an honest, original review of the Product on Merit's website at www.meritbeauty.com. Post the same or a substantially similar review on www.sephora.com. Your review should reflect your genuine experience, be written in your own words, and avoid any false or misleading statements. Reviews that do not meet our or Sephora’s community guidelines may not be published, but we will never alter your sentiment.

2. FTC Disclosure Requirement. Because you are receiving free product in exchange for a review, you are required by the FTC to disclose this material connection in every review you post. This is not optional. Your disclosure must be, clear and conspicuous, and not buried or hidden. Included in the review itself, you must post acceptable disclosure language, such as, “I received this product complimentary from Merit in exchange for my honest review.” Failure to include proper disclosure may result in removal from the program and could expose you to FTC liability.

3. Deadlines & Non-Delivery. Reviews must be posted within 5 days of confirmed Product delivery. If you are unable to post a review, please notify us at reviews@meritbeauty.com as soon as possible. Participants who do not post reviews or notify us may not be included in future campaigns. We do not require you to return the Product if you are unable to review it.

4. Our Right to Share Your Review. By posting a review, you grant Merit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share, republish, and excerpt your review in our marketing materials, social media, and website, with attribution to you.

5. No Purchase Necessary / No Cash Value. This invitation-only program does not require a purchase. The Product has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. Participation does not guarantee future invitations.

6. Program Changes. Merit reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active participants of any significant changes.
