    Ultra-fine pencil creates soft strokes to add natural-looking fullness and definition

    Soft gel formula applies smoothly without tugging or pulling on delicate skin

    For the best results, roll the pencil up no more than 1 mm and apply using gentle strokes to prevent breakage

    Sunflower oil is rich in nourishing vitamin E and known to provide lightweight moisture

    Safflower extract is known to encourage softer, more supple hair.

    Hibiscus flower extract is rich in amino acids to help condition hair

    How to Use:
