Where do you ship to?

We ship to the continental U.S. as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. Internationally, we ship to the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Australia, France, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Spain and Italy. You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Australia, Alaska, as well as APO addresses and U.S. territories. 

We do not accept orders that are shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses and are not responsible for packages lost/damaged by a freight forwarding company.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all orders $45 USD or more in the United States (pre-tax and shipping cost), $50 CAD or more in Canada (pre-tax and shipping costs), £50 GBP or more in the UK (pre-tax and shipping costs), $100 AUD or more in AUS (pre-tax and shipping costs) and €50 Euros or more in the EU (pre-tax and shipping costs).

For orders under $45 USD, standard shipping is $8 and expedited shipping is $15. 
For orders under $50 CAD, standard shipping is $18 and expedited shipping is $26.
For orders under £50 GBP, standard shipping fee is £7 and expedited shipping is £13.
For orders under $100 AUD, standard shipping fee is $20 and express shipping is $35.
For orders under €50 Euros, standard shipping fee is €10 and express shipping is €47.

When will my order arrive?

MERIT orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before it is shipped - we don't ship on weekends or major holidays. Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated and given an estimated arrival date for your package. Please follow the tracking information for updates on your order status - we are unable to change the shipping timeline once it's established by the shipper.
